[It might have been downgrade for Spock, but for Barbossa the technology that made this building was certainly a huge step up. It did look modern enough to make his eyes widen a little, though its actual contents was what would probably really fascinate him.]

A generous 'gift' like that one like me would consider a trap, Mr. Spock, but seein' as folk have been usin' it for a while, I would say that it's probably harmless. One can never be sure, though.

[There would always be a little bit of suspicion towards anything that he was given by what should be his enemy, after all.

Now, Barbossa was the one to do Spock's trademark gesture as he quirked an eyebrow in his direction while heading through the door.]


And kind of simulations are ye talkin' about exactly, hmm? What happens inside?

[Spock would probably find Barbossa's cluelessness amusing, seeing how much his world had to catch up in terms of technology.]
